Appointments and Payment

All sessions booked by appointment directly with Shannon.  Appointments can be made if we have personally met, through customer referral or, if you live in Vistancia and our neighborhoods mentioned on my website.  

*No shows are just not cool and I charge 50%’of the total session cost for no shows/no calls.

*No refund of any kind will be issued.

I would appreciate it if you gave me a 24 hour notice for any cancellations and/or the need to reschedule.  I will do my best to do the same if something should arise.  As we know, life gets busy. :). 
 

I have the right to decline any bookings/services that I don’t see fit.  At times, I may feel the need to refer you to another therapist or practice. 

*Payments can be made by either by Zelle or Cash only.

*Gift Certificates are available for any occasion or just because!  Payment are to be paid in full at the time of purchasing the gift certificates.  They do not expire and are transferable.
