Appointments and Payment

All sessions booked by appointment directly with Shannon.   Session requests can be made through my website.  Appointment confirmation will be made via text. 

*No shows are just not cool.  In order to avoid any additional charge, simply give a 24 hour notice for any cancellations/reschedule.  I will do my best to do the same if something should arise.  As we know, life gets busy. :). 
 

*Payments can be made by either by Cash or Zelle.

*Gift Certificates are available for any occasion or just because!  Payment are to be paid in full at the time of certificate purchase.  They do not expire and are transferable.

No refund of any kind will be issued.  All sales are final. 

Vistancia Massage has the right to decline any bookings/services that simply is not a fit.  At times, I may feel the need to refer you to another therapist or practice.
