Appointments and Payment

All sessions booked by appointment directly with Shannon.   Requests can be made through my website.

*No shows are just not cool and I charge $75 for no shows/no calls.  In order to avoid this charge, simply give a 24 hour notice for any cancellations/reschedule.  I will do my best to do the same if something should arise.  As we know, life gets busy. :). 
 

*Payments can be made by either by Cash, Zelle or Wise App only.

*Gift Certificates are available for any occasion or just because!  Payment are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.  They do not expire and are transferable.

*No refund of any kind will be issued.

I have the right to decline any bookings/services that I don’t see fit.  At times, I may feel the need to refer you to another therapist or practice.
