My name is Shannon Moss-Henkel and if you’re looking for a professional LMT who balances clinical expertise with a soulful touch, you’ve found your local sanctuary.

I am a Licensed Massage for over a decade and Sound Practitioner through the Academy of Sound Healing. My journey has taken me everywhere from the MetLife Stadium, luxury golf resorts, chiropractic offices and my own private practice. This diverse background allows me to masterfully blend different modalities along with restorative and relaxing Sound Healing.

Having navigated my own path through physical pain and mental health challenges, I am deeply passionate about helping your body reach homeostasis.

• The Pack: I share my home with my husband, 3 kids, and our 4 crazy dogs—yes, a full house!

• The Rhythm: I love to unwind by playing the bass guitar and playing my sound instruments.

• The Wanderlust: My favorite place to recharge and find inspiration is Thailand.
