I met Shannon at a time in my life where I was so physically broken down from all my training between jiu jitsu, lifting and yes even yoga that it was uncomfortable to even sleep.  I had booked several massages from the Envy’s to the Camelbacks and even a mobile massage therapist and none of them have even come close to the care, the specificity and understanding that Shannon offers!  As soon as I walk into her studio, she immediately knows what’s wrong and works her magic.
