Booking and Scheduling

• New clients must submit session requests through e-mail info@vistanciamassage.com

• Returning clients may submit scheduling requests directly via text message.

• Confirmation notifications for all appointments will be sent via text message.

Cancellation and Arrival Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur additional fees and result in denial of future bookings.

• Late arrivals will result in a shortened session time to ensure subsequent appointments begin on schedule, and the full service fee will still apply.

Payments and Financial Policies

• Accepted payment methods include Cash and Zelle.

• All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Gift Certificates

• Available for purchase for any occasion.

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Certificates do not expire and are fully transferable.

Professional Discretion

• Vistancia Massage reserves the right to decline bookings or services at our discretion.

• Referrals to alternative therapists or practices may possibly be provided to best meet your needs.
