Bodywork, Mud Masques and Sound Healing

Desert Deep Bodywork (2/3 Hour sessions are a Client Favorite!)

1 hour: $125
2 hours: $200
3 hours: $300

Whether you are a professional fighter, office worker, golfer, or just getting trying to keep that body moving, this is a customized session that is focused on your needs.

This is designed to remove severe tension, relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. This can help to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

A variety of techniques are used, as this can be highly effective for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, sports injuries and past lingering injuries.

Due to the nature of this bodywork, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable.

Here are some areas many folks tend to have focused work:

Neck/Shoulders/Chest

Scalp/Neck/Face

Head/Face/Neck/Shoulders

Lower Back/Glutes/Hambstrings

Legs/Glutes/Hips

Lower Legs/Feet

Arms/Shoulders

Hands or Feet

The 2 and 3 hour sessions have become very popular.  Although longer sessions are not for everyone, they have become a client favorite.

*Deep tissue massage should be avoided if you have blood clots (DVT), open wounds, active skin infections, or unstable fractures. Always inform your therapist if there have been any major health changes, recent surgeries or injuries, and if you’re on medications.

Trilogy Golfer Massage

1 hour: $125
90 minutes: $150
2 hours: $200

golf massage is a specialized form of sports massage tailored to the unique physical demands of a golfer’s repetitive, rotational movements. Unlike a general relaxation massage, it targets the specific muscle chains used in a swing to improve performance and prevent injuries.

Core Focus Areas:

The treatment typically concentrates on the the essential areas of the body for a fluid swing:

  • Lower Back & Spine: Relieves tension from the rotational compression of the lumbar and thoracic spine.
  • Hips & Glutes: Increases hip rotation and stability, which are critical for power and accuracy.
  • Shoulders & Rotator Cuffs: Addresses strain from the backswing and follow-through to maintain a full range of motion.
  • Forearms & Wrists: Eases chronic tension caused by gripping the club and the force of impact (e.g., treating golfer's elbow).

Key Benefits:

  • Swing Efficiency: Enhances flexibility and joint mobility, allowing for a fuller shoulder turn and more powerful torque.
  • Injury Prevention: Addresses muscle imbalances, spasms, and adhesions before they develop into strains or chronic issues.
  • Accelerated Recovery: Increases circulation to flush out metabolic waste and reduce post-round soreness.
  • Mental Focus: Reduces stress and physical discomfort, helping players maintain clarity during high-pressure shots.

Techniques Used:

Therapists often combine several therapeutic modalities:

  • Deep Tissue Massage: Slow, firm pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle where chronic tension resides.
  • Trigger Point Therapy: Targeted pressure on "knots" to release localized pain and improve function.
  • Assisted Stretching: Guides the body through deeper stretches than possible alone to identify and fix movement restrictions.
  • Myofascial Release: Loosens the connective tissue (fascia) surrounding muscles to ensure fluid movement.

Recommended Timing:

  • Pre-Round: Ideally done 24–48 hours before a game. A light session helps warm up muscles and improve range of motion.
  • Post-Round: Best performed within 24–72 hours after play to reduce inflammation and speed up muscle repair.
  • Maintenance: Professional golfers often incorporate weekly or bi-weekly sessions to maintain peak performance throughout the season.

Lone Mountain Lower Leg and Foot Massage

1 hour: $125
90 minutes: $150
2 hours: $200

"Massaging the feet can alleviate anxiety and bring about a deep state of relaxation. One important point that is situated on both feet is the solar plexus reflex. The solar plexus is sort of a little warehouse where all your stress is stored. When the solar plexus point is pressed on, stress is released and the body is renewed."

"The blood that circulates through the body is responsible for transporting oxygen and nutrition to the body’s cells. The blood also cleanses waste and toxins from the body. Because blood flow becomes limited when stress is present, foot massage can be beneficial as it decreases stress and allows the circulation of blood to flow unimpeded."
